2. SMS, WhatsApp or pm your order

3. After processing of order, we will send out the confirmation to you via email.

4. The amount of payment will be stated in the confirmation email. Payment must be bank-in through Public Bank Account in 3 days from confirmation of order.

5. Order item will be ready at least 2-3 working days after payment received.

6. After payment made, kindly notify us via email, whats app or sms and provide us the following:- confirmation number, payment date & payment amount.

7. Delivery or collection of item will be arranged.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Soft Toy Bouquet reserves the right to oblige or decline any request.

2. Soft Toy Bouquet reserves the right to picture or reproduce the new pieces resulted from any request.

3. Soft Toy Bouquet does not guarantee the exact reproduction of request (photo posted), as our products are mainly handmade products. We will provide the best and similar production as photo posted. Any foreseen difference will be discussed a best beforehand.

4. All items exclude delivery charges.

5. Full payment must be made before delivery or collection of your order.

6. Soft Toy Bouquet does not accept swap or exchangeable. Goods sold are not returnable / exchangeable. Thank you.
